The Standard Course is held throughout the year on 6 (monthly) levels of ability. Duration: min. 2 weeks. The 4 lessons are held daily from Monday to Friday, usually beginning at 9am. If there are many participants the Standard Course may also be held in the afternoon at 2pm. There is a maximum of 12 students in each class.
It's possible to have a "one week only" standard course.

The Intensive Course consists of 4 lessons Standard Course per day in the morning and 2 extra lessons of group language course in the afternoon. In the afternoon session students will have the opportunity to increase their knowledge with practice in speaking and conversing.
This course is held in our schools in Florence, Rome, and Milan.
It's possible to have a "one week only" intensive Italian language course.

The Intensive Plus Course consists of the Standard Course Plus additional private lessons (one-to-one). The individual lessons are specifically designed for your specific needs. We offer two kinds of Intensive Plus Courses:

• Intensive Plus-5 Course: 20 lessons of Standard Course and additional 5 private lessons per week;
• Intensive Plus-10 Course: 20 lessons of Standard Course and additional 10 private lessons per week.

It's possible to have a "one week only" intensive plus Italian language course.

You will have the opportunity to take a one week only Italian language course, choosing between:

• "One week only" Italian language standard course: 4 lessons per day, 20 per week (see price list);
• "One week only" Italian language intensive course: 6 lessons per day, 30 per week (see price list);

For students who want to learn quickly and intensively in a small group, or wish to increase their knowledge, the Small Group Intensive Course is tailor-made for their needs. Together with no more than 5 participants they will have 6 hours of daily intensive language course. The Small Group Intensive Course is held only in Florence and Rome.

If you want to learn or improve your Italian, but you don’t have time for a daily course, we offer you the possibility to attend “Part-Time” courses for two times a week.

This evening course is especially recommended for those who already live, study or work in Milan. The courses are held throughout the year on three ability levels. The minimum duration of each course is 8 weeks.

Especially for those who work during the day, we offer the possibility to attend our Italian language course which is held in the evening. The minimum duration is 4 weeks. The course is held from Monday to Friday throughout the year for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.

For students who want to learn Italian and at the same time become acquainted with the culture and history and the current social and political situation of their host country, we suggest to choose the "Italy Today" Course. In addition to the 4 lessons Standard Course in the morning, in the afternoon they will be introduced to art and culture, history and folklore, press and films as well as the current political and economic situation of Italy.

The cultural part of this course consists of 10 supplementary lessons in two weeks.

"Culinary Traditions and Gastronomy" is a course for professionals as well as for gourmet food lovers.
The course consists of four morning lessons in a Standard language class, each day and topics of Gastronomy, each afternoon.

Gastronomy program in the afternoon

• The history of food and cuisine, cultural characteristics of the Tuscan cooking;
• Lessons on the “DOP” and “IGP” protected regional food;
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil: recognizing products, understanding the oil-making process and taste-testing for qualities and defects;
• Wine and Pecorino cheese tastings;
• Chef demonstration in a well-known restaurant: from medieval times to today.
